A downloadable game for Windows

1,000,000 cables. 1 is wrong.

It's 3 a.m. and the datacenter is down. Somewhere in the hall, one patch cable is plugged into the wrong port, and you are the night-shift technician who has to find it.

Trace cables with a tone probe: clip it on a port, follow the beeping to the other end, read it. Restore the hall zone by zone, earn SLA credits and buy tools that do the boring part for you: a label printer, a wideband tester and a crawler robot that checks racks on its own.

  • First-person diagnosis with physical cables you unplug, carry and plug back in.
  • Five zones that come back to life as you fix them.
  • Every seed wires the hall differently and hides a different bad wire.
  • A guided first zone teaches the tone probe, repairs and the upgrade terminal. Runs take 20-40 minutes and autosave.

This is a playtest build: your feedback shapes the next one

When you finish (or give up), open the pause menu and press COPY FEEDBACK REPORT, or press C on the results screen. Paste it in a comment below and answer the three questions it includes. The report only contains times and counters from your run; the game never sends anything anywhere.

Windows warning

The game isn't code-signed, so Windows SmartScreen may say "Windows protected your PC". Click More info → Run anyway. Unzip the download first and run OneBadWire.exe.
